I am an installer: can I get discounts?
WebStore4 is a one-stop-shop for IP camera surveillance, IP video intercom, access control, alarm systems and smart home solutions. We are located in a central location in the north of the Netherlands where we have a modern office building. WebStore4 imports some brands and we can deliver fast from our own or external warehouses. Product pick up in our warehouse is also possible.
We have an attractive partner program for skilled installers and professional resellers. The benefits of the partner program are:
- partner discount on selected products and attractive partner volume discounts
- dropshipment option with your own packing slip and with worldwide shipping at no additional cost
- loyalty program with reward points for which partners can buy products
- partners can be informed of installation prospects
- partners can invite their own customers in our meeting rooms
- paying in arrears up to €10,000.00
- 2 month re-stocking option
- partner newsletter with special offers
- partners outside the Netherlands buy without VAT
In addition to the benefits and our regular Terms and Conditions we have additional Terms and Conditions for partners:
- partners must have sufficient expertise of our products, installation and configuration
- minimum order total of €5,000.00 excluding VAT in the previous 12 months
- minimum first order value of €1,500.00 excluding VAT
- paying in arrears is only possible for partners based in the Netherlands or Belgium and is for an order value above €750.00 only possible on request and per order
- When reselling our customer takes care of customer service and handling the returns of the end customer
- re-stocking up to 2 months after the invoice date, only with sealed packaging and at a 20% fee with refund in store credit (non convertable and valid for 1 year). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Outlet items and special orders are excluded from re-stocking
To request a partner account you can register an account online and then apply for a partner account in a ticket. We will convert your account to partner status after your request and our approval. The purchase price for partners, volume discounts and reward points become visible on the product page after logging in as a partner. The reward points and the store credit is visible in the partner account.
