Product reviews and a gift for the best review

Reviews

Our customers can leave a product review on our website. We appreciate a review because it helps our other customers to make their choice and provides us with us useful feedback about the products we sell.

Review conditions

Before a review is published online on our website we assess the content. We have not drawn up an exhaustive guideline that a review must comply with. A review assessment is based on generally accepted rules of conduct, usability and fair play. WebStore4 reserves the right not to publish reviews. A review can also be made on another website such as Trustpilot. We of course also appreciate that. If necessary we will respond to reviews on these other websites.

A good review contains at least:
  1. an understandable explanation of the situation and use of the product purchased from WebStore4 based on personal experience
  2. an indication of the specific knowledge level and skills
  3. a factual substantiation
  4. a text in correct Dutch or English of at least 30 words
  5. the real and published name of the reviewer

Gift

As appreciation for writing a review we each quarter give away a product as a gift for the best review based on the above criteria. The review must be placed by the reviewer on WebStore4 and Trustpilot.

At the moment the gift for the best review is a Dahua IPC-HFW3441E-SA professional IP camera or a Dahua CSG380 dashcam!

The gift cannot be exchanged for money or another product. The real name of the writer of the best review and gift recipient will be published each quarter. WebStore4 staff and partners are excluded from receiving the gift. Start is the first quarter of 2021.
