Our customer service is handled exclusively through our Servicedesk. We do not offer (technical) support over the telephone. Our experience is that many questions are comprehensive and cannot be answered efficiently in a telephone conversation. We also want to offer all of our customers adequate service within 24 hours and without jumping the queue by telephone.
To provide adequate service we use an extensive customer service system. With this centralized system we can offer multi channel customer service using live (audio) chat, email, Whatsapp, ticketing, webinars, remote support, community forum and a help center with knowledge base articles, manuals, downloads and frequently asked questions.
